19 companies that resurface pools in Dallas–Fort Worth, compiled from company websites, BBB profiles, review listings and public Reddit threads. "Finishes" and "published prices" are what each company says on its own site, attributed to it. This list is not a ranking.
Why there are no permit counts here. We checked the City of Dallas pool-permit data (2018–2020). It has no permits specific to replastering, and Frisco's reports cover new pools only. Plano lists "repairing or filling in a swimming pool" among work that needs a permit (Plano handout), so Plano records may capture resurfacing work later.
New: North Dallas pool resurfacing companies, ranked: Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Allen and more, with city and finish filters.
