79 pool builders active in Dallas–Fort Worth, compiled from city permit records and public mentions. Sorted by total permits found. How we built this list.
How to read the permit columns. Dallas SF 2018–20 counts single-family pool permits in City of Dallas open data, Jan 2018 to Aug 2020 (dataset; the city stopped updating it in 2020). Frisco counts residential pool permits in Frisco's monthly reports, Jul 2025 to Sep 2026 (archive). A zero only means no permit in those two cities and periods. Builders working mostly in Tarrant County or other suburbs will look under-counted.
"HQ" is the city in the contractor address on permits or in the business's public listing. BBB grades marked unverified come from search-engine summaries and are still being checked against the live BBB page.
